No,In my opinion service is something which brings Comfort to you, satisfies you, makes you happy and beautifull. It should be a win-win situation for both. The customer looks happy and service provider/the salon owner becomes happy by adding some bucks to her wallet.
Here I am going to list few things that should be take care by Salon owner. And trust me these are tricks of the trade:-
1.Pricing:-Don't make your price very high or very low. It should be as per the market standard.
2.Offers:-Provide some offers to your customers like 'On Gold Facial Threading is Free'. This will add new customers to your list.
3.Treat them :-When your customer is wating for her turn, offering some snacks or cold water would be a good idea.
4.Relationship:-Remember your regular customer name.Ask her"Kesi Hai Bhabhi Ji". They will feel happy and this way you will strenghten your customer base.
