After running successful Parlour for years, here I am listing few of my experience. These are tried and tested and many of my friends are running there so called small start-up successfully.
# Plan B: proper planning is the key to success. But always remember any plan can not go till end, the way it was planned initially. So you must have a Plan B.

#Costing/Budget: you should estimate an affordable budget. Do not include all the resources in your Buy-list. Buying the equipments should go as per the time and savings you have from your business.
# Lucrative Offers: add few lucrative offers in your services list that will help you bind your customers.
# Behavioural changes: act wise and provide smart comprehensive answers to your customer's query. True, there may be some irrelevant questions too. But be calm and answer politely. Reason why, they are the one who brings happiness to your wallet,right?
# Location: Choose your location carefully. Identify your niche. The Parlour location should be nearby residential area. It must have some parking area too, as most of the ladies have scooty these days. The area should not be over crowded too.
