5 Ideas To Increase Your Customer In Beauty Parlour

As I promised, I am back with lots of great ideas on retaining customers in this blog.
1) Cleanliness: yes it looks odd that we are talking about Cleanliness. These days people are hygiene  Conscious. Specially ladies they choose hygienic environment. And above all Our PM Mr. Modi put lots off efforts in bringing Cleanliness: Swacch-Bharat Abhiyan. Keep neat and clean towels in Parlour. Don't leave hair-cut or such wastes here and there. Wash your hands every time you start a new service.
2) Keep talking: try to bridge the gap. Establish communication with your customers. Ask about their daily house hold things and schedule. Let them feel as you are treating them personally. So keep talking. But no loose talks please.
3) Polite Behaviour: asking someone "what you want?" and "How may! I assist you please?" Is the real differentiator. Reply their questions politely. They should feel as if they are touched with you replies. Ultimately, they are the one who makes your wallet feel happy.
4) Ease of payment: Bring the ease of payment to your customers by opting electronic  wallet payments. These days Paytm, Mobiquick, Airtel money, freecharge, oxygen, JioMoney and long list are available. So give them the comfort of making payment. Most of these e-wallets give cash back offers so let your customers avail this.
5) Love your work: It's your business. And any business is your brain child. You should nurture your start-up the way you plant a tree and water it daily to enjoy fruit. Love your customers, love your work. Let them feel how special they are to you. All the time you are doing some service like hair-cut, facial or wax. You should be with them mentally as well. Try to bring the comfirt to them in all possible manners with your limited resources.
